It's both.

Of course since God is the cause of all life, it could be argued that all words spoken or written by humans are God's words, just filtered through people.

Then the question becomes: In what way is the Bible more purely God's word than, say, the average newspaper?

the bible was introduce to humanity as if it has some mystical meaning, and those who would promote it would claim they have understanding of it... though out the history of the catholic church humanity was discouraged from understanding the truth about this world ... whether through threats .. through violence, and murder, the church sought to make itself the authority of the earth... The church through the popes mean to keep the human race ignorant of the truth, they do this by condemning all truth.... for example... the church promoted the world was flat,... then came people who traveled and the truth that the world was round came about.. the church condemned people for promoting the world was round... then came the study of gravity... the pope then proclaimed that gravity was a trick of the devil... that people were being deceived by the devil.... but gravity is a law of nature, not an evil deception... today the christians are fighting against the understanding of the law of nature called evolution exactly the same way the church historically fought people from understanding the truth about the world.. today they are looking to keep the teaching of evolution out of schools... they are still working to keep the world in perpetual ignorance for that is the only way religions can claim to know it all.... and misguide the human race into practicing religion and following their chosen leaders... the bible is a tool used by religious leaders to enslave the human population.. it wasn't done by accident... that we still think of the bible as a book of high knowledge is an indication of our ignorance and foolishness..

It says in the Bible that it is the inspired word of God. So God inspired men to write it. It is humans that wrote it so I'm thinking there could be wording or something that could be wrong.
If you tell 10 men a story and then tell them to write down what you just told them....You are going to see 10 different answers.
But the basic message is there if you can allow the human side of things.

The Bible is not a single book, it's a compact library of scriptures stretching back about 4000 years from beginning to end. It contains multiple proofs of its veracity, and has proven itself more reliable than any other ancient document. You may ignore it at your own peril.

You know, I am stunned every time I run into the suggestion that the Hebrew Scripture and the additions to it are anything other than mytho-history. We must have a terrific need for the absurdity of the thing even to be entertaining the question.
