Yes,but you have to keep them up. I think just a new haircut with the same style,only all freshened up. Maybe a inch or two cut off would liven it up.The haircut actually looks good on you,it's just all grown out.

go to hairstylesdesign.com pick out a cut and take the photo with you to your cosmetologist.
