Whenever I take a shower I loose hair. Is this normal? I loose about 10- 20 hairs in the shower, and a few more during the day. It feels as though my hair is getting thinner, but that could just be me. Please help. Thanks :)

You will always loose hairs, and they grow back. Its a completly natural and healthy cycle.
But if you can see that it is falling out continuously throughout the day, and you call tell your hair is getting thinner, then I suggest to see a doctor or take vitamins.

Vitamins help grow healthy hair.

People lose several hundred strands of head hair every day - you don't often notice those that just come loose and fall away. The average is closer to five hundred, and it is perfectly normal. Yo, with anywhere from eighty thousand to a hundred ten thousand individual hairs, which are being replaced constantly, you don't need to lose any sleep over a few hundred of 'em.

yes, they are just loose hairs that fall out when you shower. This happens a Lot more for curly haired girls because you are not brushing the loose hairs out they come out all at once in the shower. It is nothing to worry about. Basically its part of your hair's regeneration process
