you might have bad circulation which can be caused by many things. But, it sounds like you are having muscle cramps...Potassium is the best thing for muscle cramps. Eat a banana every day and do leg stretches. It helps I know because I have a job where I stand all day as well, and this helps me alot. ;-) try it k?

Hey man Im sorry that your having pain but I guess thats why Im here is to help you. I run a health and nutrition line on the web. my company has this awesome websight where you can go to quixtar.com type in nutrilite, then you would put in what problems you are having physically and it shows what you could take to end the PAIN!!!!! for example, you say you are having unbearable pain in your calf and in your knees, what I would use is a vitamin called Ocean Essentials. It helps keep your joints moving without a glitch and also takes away the pain. You use 3 softgels daily. I know this because my father has a bad leg with 15 bloodclots in it from an old football injury and We tried this out and my father who not is only in business with me now but has better days and nights. Check my business websight out at quixtar.com and go undernutrilite type inwhat problem you are having and it will suggest what you need to take. you can personallly email me at my business websight at jds_eventures@yahoo.com and tell me if you would like some more info or just let me know how it worked out.

Leg pains are a common complaint of people that have to stand at work. If you've tried different shoes, Tennis are the worst, then try using a small box to put one foot up on at a time, rotate.
If all else fails and it becomes worse see your doctor. Requip works wonders for leg pains. Ask the doctor about this for relaxing at night at least.
