Depends. I think anywhere around your home or the beach is fine. Going anywhere out to a store or any other place besides the beach might be inappropriate.

It's not inappropriate at all. Good grief if someone hasn't seen a naked top before then where the hell and on what planet have they been on?

whats the problem with that? there are situations when it is ok, like when you are in your house or garden!
but it seems to be frowned upon when in a public place, an considering people are getting fatter than ever before maybe thats a good thing, i dont want to see fat people with their belly out..

Honestly.....I don't mind looking at the hot guys with out their shirts on..the one's who have the nice pecs and the abs where you can do laundry on? Those, I don;t mind...but the warewolf men with tires.....I do. I always wear shirts bc I'm shy.

It all depends on where they are going. I wouldn't like people walking around topless in an office, but I wouldn't mind on a beach!

That depends on where you are. In most western cultures, it would be inappropriate in town, unless they have a well hedged yard. most people are not interested in seeing people's bellies. It's nit a question of "morality" - simply what is generally appreciated - or not - in society.

no, not at all i dont wear a shirt all the time like when i go get the mail, go to the pool or play sports

I run in a sports bra most of the time. I don't have a problem with it at all... unless the individual is heavier.
