Don't be a push over and let a guy have you on his first try...that just makes you look desperate and then he will take advantage of you. But if he comes back after that, then you should stop playing games.

My limit is not "playing" at all. If I want to play a game, I'll breakout the Monopoly board...games aren't for emotions or relationships. If you like someone, let them know (that doesn't mean you have to fall at their feet)...if not, then make that clear too. Pretending not to like someone, to get their attention, is dishonest and a waste of time.
This life is too short to waste it pretending to feel other than how we truly feel. You don't have to make it too easy, but being dishonest is just bad karma.

just long enough so that you know that they are right for you, you should get to know them while you are doing this and make sure that they really like you bc if they just give up then they probably are not interested in a long term relationship they are not willing to work.

you stop right away. Playing hard to get is really dumb. I hate it when girls do it; it instantly makes me go for someone else and lose all attraction to that person.

I refuse to play games. I much prefer to play it straight-forward. No doubts there.

That's why playing hard to get is a bit dumb. You should just be yourself and don't be too clingy. That will get you your guy and there is no reason to transition to 'not hard to get' later. lol.
