when should i wear my glasses?

I have just collected glasses, this is the prescription:
Right -0.50
Left +0.25 x -0.25 x 154
When should i wear them, they never said?

To be honest, a lot of people with that prescription wouldn't bother.
And I'd think twice before prescribing it, making sure the person it belonged to really felt the improvement justified the cost and inconvenience of acquiring and wearing glasses.

Wear them whenever you feel that make a difference, from "not at all" up to "all the time"

If you are right eye dominant, the Rx might be useful for driving and cinema, or they *may* reduce fatigue with closework by slightly rebalancing the binocular coordination.

It's a very smalll prescription.

If you think your vision is very bad, wear them everyday. Bring them in case you can't see something like on the blackboard or what the chart says at school or some place.
