There is no "miracle food" that is going to make you magically more intelligent, but there are several foods out there that will help you perform your best. Eating good, balanced meals is ALWAYS a good idea. During the day, try snacking on bananas (great for a quick and healthy energy boost!) or granola bars that are high in carbs (ideally, look for about 4g of carbs for every 1g of protein). Plus, DRINK WATER! You will be surprised at how much more focused you are when you are well hydrated. Juice is good too, as long as it is not the incredibly sugary kind (No Hi-C or Capri Sun).

Fresh fruit seems to make me feel more energized and alert without feeling weighed down. I don't know that I necessarily feel more intelligent, but maybe I behave more intelligently. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day.

That's "feel" (not fell) and no. What I eat doesn't make me feel more or less intelligent, unless I'm gauging the wiseness of the food choices I'm making relative to my health.

sometimes i eat mixed nuts or sometimes i drink a glass full of fresh orange juice (any other type fruit juice as long as it's fresh & has lots of vitamin c) !

i eat chocolate and coffee. it helps me stay wake longer so i get to study8 for a longer time. therefore i am smarter
