That anyone has ever committed suicide purely out of curiosity?

Suicide is an act of dispair, so, no, not at all likely.

Anyone who's curious probably realizes they need only wait, as we all die eventually.

I don't know of anyone who has done that. I've never heard of anyone leaving a suicide note giving curiosity as a reason for their action.

One thing is certain, if anyone did that to find out what it was like, they would never know.

There were and are a lot of reasons but that one is probably waaaaaaaay down near the bottom of the list.
