Trust in the abilities (you believe) he gave you. Use your patience to bear whatever troubles you. Use your reason to work through whatever problems that you need to solve. Use your wisdom to know what you can change and what you cannot.

I respect you for sharing your concern here. Many believers in Jesus have gone through something similar.
Naturally, pray and tell Jesus all about it. He still cares more deeply than anyone else in the world.
Keep reading your Bible, too. Not only does it have wisdom for the mind but food for the soul (been there, done that).
Do you have a Christian friend, or at least someone in your church to share with? I'd guess your pastor or someone else has struggled with these very things at least once or twice and could give you insight. Even St. Paul needed the comfort of friends--see Acts 28:15 (NASB) where Luke says Paul "thanked God and took courage" when he saw Roman believers. If Paul needed to do this, how much more do we!
Whatever you do, don't quit. Keep on, and keep on keeping on. To give up is easy, and accomplishes nothing--I know from personal experience. To keep on is hard, but the end is worth waiting for. God bless you, friend, and don't give up. Victory may be closer than you think!

Well,
You need to stand firm in Faith. Believe in HIM.
Everything is possible through HIM.
In the Bible, it says;
Matthew 17:20 (NIV) Bible
He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
When you have time, please read JOB , Mark 4:30
[ The Parable of the Mustard Seed ] Again he said, "What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it?
and Deuteronomy 11 - Love and Obey the LORD.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) Bible
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
*Remember GOD works in mysterious ways.
When you are down to nothing, GOD IS UP TO SOMETHING!
~God Bless.

Life is what you make it, your choices in life directly effect the way you feel about yourself and your faith.I personally don't go to church and i have not since i was a kid. My faith in god is in my heart not what a bible tells me to believe, but what feels right to me. i don't need to hear the preachings of the bible or anything else to know what is in your heart. The bible for me makes things confusing to a level i don't need to understand. Forget everything you have been told, taught and everything else, close your eyes and ask for a specific sign. Let your heart guide you, be patient and open minded to the possibilities. What don't kill you will make you stronger. We all have to be put through trails and tribulations in life to teach each other, to love and to trust and to have faith in your self to overcome any circumstance that might be thrown your way, because he made you strong enough to handle it. God will only give you what you can handle no more, no less. Its not supposed to be easy, or kinda hard at times its going to be horrible even terrifying but forge through keep your head up and come out on top, get all the resources you need to accomplish your mission, that is the power of GOD. Good luck i hoped i helped. i have no religious teaching but as a young girl i knew i was a child of God. All of his faith is in you as well, its OK to be uneasy about it, he will guide you just accept it when he gives it.

Prayer is always good, and Bible reading as well, in particular the Psalms. That's what I turn to whenever I have doubts.
I have long felt that there is no greater example of the kind of close relationship that man can have with God that some of the accounts in Psalms.
This is one of my favourites, from Psalm 118
5Out of my distress I called upon the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free and in a large place.
6The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?

Try asking Oprah, or maybe Doctor Phil. I am told they are close to God. Yeah I know, tough isn't it. How about forgetting God, and just being a good person; do what you can for others. Personally I have no idea if there is, or isn't a God, but I do know this; If he, she, or it, is good and just, non-believers who lead honest and helpfull lives, are going to get in before any rich, selfish billionaire, or george Bush type who goes to church every week, in the vain belief that he, or she, is doing the Lord's work.
It does not follow, that committing an act that does good, makes a person good.

He is there. Who moved? What is it that you want Him to DO that doesnt seem to be happening?
Many times we as christians expect God to DO something that He has never promised US in His Word. Sounds like you may have gotten wrong information as to what to expect from God. We are here to align ourselves with HIS plans and purposes, and not to make Him do what WE want.
He says His grace is sufficient for you. He never lies. Start believing it. That is what walking by faith and NOT by sight means, and it shows that God is trying to wean you from operating on a "feeling" oriented basis, to a faith oriented basis. Its called growing UP into Christ.

Just pray to the Lord, turn to him, open your heart to Him. You don't need to pray in a formal way. Just speak to Him as if He was your friend. Give to Him your situation. If you give your situation to Him, He will take care of you. One of the wonderful things about God is that He is always there to listen to you. He is always there to comfort you. If you turn your heart to Him and say, "Lord Jesus, I turn to you, Lord I need you!" He will comfort your. If you pray to Him in a genuine way, you WILL feel His peace and comfort.
