well asuming that you don't have something wrong internally. its just your stomach churning the food and the reason it making more noise is because you probably get a lot of air in it while you eat or drink. if you want it to stop just try to make sure (mostly while you drink) that you are getting the liquid in your stomach instead of sucking air in too. mine used to do it all the time too and sometimes it still happens so i'm just careful and more aware while i eat. hope this helps!

Some people's stomachs make noises often, even if they are not hungry... some stomachs are loud during digestion too. If there is pain or discomfort maybe it's indigestion, or something else. But just grumbling, shouldn't be a big deal

Try taking 2 tablespoons of apple cidar vinegar 3 times a day, put it in a little water or juice to make it go down easier. It really works great.

Your hungry and your intenstines are pushing air through your system since you have no food in there. Try eating a bit more or drink some water

you might have a high metabolism, i have to eat pretty frequently if i don't want to be hungry, so maybe its that. if it just makes noises for no reason, you could call your doctor about it!
