La Ilaha Ill Allah Muhammadur Rasool Allah (There is no god only Allah, Muhammad is the Rasool (Messenger) of Allah) is also known as Kalima Tayyab. Kalima Tayyab is the testification of faith in Islam. A person cannot be considered to be a Muslim if he/she does not believe in the words of this Kalima. To become a Muslim, a person must say this Kalima with total belief.

And the must follow all 5 pillars/principles of islam in thier lifetime.

The Articles of Imam or Faith:
1)ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala).
2)His Angels.
3)His revealed books(Qur'an, Injeel, Torah and Psalms).
4)His messengers(All 300).
5)The Last Day.
6)The Divine Preordainment or Al-Qadar, the good of it and the bad of it.

Conditions of the Declerations of Faith:
1)Knowledge which negates ignorance.
2)Certainity which negates doubts.
3)Sincerity of worship which negates Shirk.
4)Truthfulness which negates lying.
5)Love which negates hate.
6)Complete submission which negates rebellion.
7)Acception which negates rejection.
8)Rejection of all those that are unjustly worshiped besides ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala).

Shirk is in three catagories:
Shirk Akbar or major shirk.
Shirk Asghar or minor shirk.
Shirk Khafiyy or hidden shirk.
The major shirk is bound to cause good works of those who commit it to be vain and fruitless. It is also bound to cause those who commit it to remain in Hell-fire for all eternity.
The minor Shirk includes such things as showing off certain religious acts of worship, swearing by other then ALLAH(SWT), and one's saying "If ALLAH(SWT) and so-so wills".

Pillars of Islam:
1)To testify that none has the right to be worshiped except ALLAH(SWT) and that Muhammad(PBUH*) is His Messenger.
2)To offer the five compulsory prayers dutifully and perfectly.
3)To pay Zakah or alms-giving.
4)To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.
5)To perform Hajj, or pilgrimage to Mecca, for those who can afford it physically and financially.

Morals Every Muslim Must Observe:
1)Truthfulness.
2)Faithfulness.
3)Chastity.
4)Modesty.
5)Bravery.
6)Generosity.
7)Fulfillment of trusts(obligations, payments, etc.).
8)Avoidance of all that ALLAH(SWT) has forbidden.
9)Good neighborliness; and
10)Giving assistance to the needy within one's capacity.

Islamic Manners:
1)Greeting others.
2)Cheerful Demeanor.
3)Eating and drinking with one's right hand.
4)Islamic etiquette upon entering and leaving one's house or the mosque.
5)Islamic ettiquette when travelling.
6)Displaying kindness to the parents, the realatives, the neighbors, the eldery, and the children.
7)Congratulating people on the occasion of having a new baby.
8)Giving condolances to the bereaved.

Avoidance of all Kinds of Disobedience:
1)Associating others with ALLAH(SWT) in worship.
2)Sorcery.
3)Killing someone with out a just cause as defined in Shariah Law.
4)Eating up the orphan's property.
5)Dealing with usury and living on it's income.
6)Refusing to join the Muslim arm after its advancement with the Muslim leader.
7)Slandering chaste, virtuous, and believing women.
8)Disobedience to the parents.
9)Severing the blood relationship.
10)Giving false testimony.
11)Perjury.
12)Harming the neighbors.
13)Wronging people and being unjust to them in matters of blood, property and honor.

the same thing cristians do only they dont put a prophet before God, the dumb will tell you they worship Muhamad but he was only a prophet like Moses or Abraham
