Since HPV lies dormant I would not be so hasty to break up with him, but we will have a discussion about protection and safer sex.
I will also keep my eyes and senses aware for infidelity but not accusatory as HPV is still new and many questions, concerns and issues still arise as far is its origin.
Love is crazy like that, but not so crazy to risk something worse, like HIV!!!

Well I think it all depends on the situation, did have have he the STD before he met you? Did he get it while with you by cheating?
If he required it before me I would be a little upset that he didn't get tested for his safety and any other womens. If he got it while with me because he cheated I'd be PISSED OFF and want his head on a platter. Especially knowing he was risking my life with his stupid choice of cheating or not thinking to use protection. It would be when hell freezes over before I'd forgive him.
Reason why I think everytime a couple gets together they should have tests always.

I guess it depends. Did he know that he was positive? and didn't take precautions to protect you?
Did he get it from someone else sexually while he was seeing you?
I think you have some discovery to go through. If he has been honest with you and faithful to you, then I don't see why you both can't live together with this. After all, you are both going to need a lot of support while you deal with this disease.
