Think about it. What do you think he has been doing for all eternity?

Remember infinity goes in the negative direction also.

When asked “Who or what created God?” we are making the assumption that God was created. The universe requires a cause because it had a beginning. The designer, unlike the universe, had no beginning, so doesn't need a cause. In addition, Einstein's general relativity, which has much experimental support, shows that time is linked to matter and space. So time itself would have begun along with matter and space.

However ... God has no need to have been created, since He exists either outside time (where cause and effect do not operate) or within multiple dimensions of time (such that there is no beginning of a plane of time). Hence God is eternal, having never been created

Ecclesiastes Chapter 3:9-15

What does the worker gain from his toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on men. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live. That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil--this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that men will revere him.

Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account.

The negative direction is a finite sense of infinity. The eternal moment has no finite sense.

Either God has always existed or energy and matter have always existed. While imagining eternal existence of a divine Spirit may be challenging, it is less likely that matter and energy always existed. Or do you believe that nothing went Bang (in the Big Bang)?

Perhaps time began with the creation of the universe 13 or 14 billion years ago. Beyond that, how can the human mind cope with the idea of no time in existence, let alone what God was doing.

yes you are right here that infinity goes in both directions , so i don't think that there is something as god and if it is then there must be evil also . if there is light then darkness must be ,if happiness then sadness also . so never mind me wrong it is all in our heart and thoughts. thanks

I don't believe in God.

Having said that time may only be linear to us.
