I just finished doing my "3 day food diary" assignment for food and nutrition class. We had to record everything we ate/drank and also our daily physical activity, ex. walking, sports, etc.
My question is:
Why was there space provided to include daily activity? How might activity level affect eating habits?

say swimming for an hour your gonna be hungrier than say walking around the block it burns calories which you need
