I spoke with my lawyer today and he said that it is possible! As long as H-1 holder stays working full time he can keep the H-1 and attend college full time or part time. Cost of attending will depend on the institution. The majority of them charge H-1 students the same as citizens but not all. The university has the final word as far as cost is concern.

Yes, you can to to school while on H-1B. To attend college, you will need approval of F-1 status, while maintaining your H-1B status. However, to meet the requirement of F-1 Status, you have to be a full time students. You may work part time with H-1B, but you have to be full time for F-1. Good luck!

My understanding is that no, you can't. However, go to uscis.gov for the official word. I have only heard that said. You'd have to pay international student tuition, but I think you also need a student visa.

Hm. I seem to be wrong. Looks like this college would take you...http://www.foothill.fhda.edu/international/interadm.html

As a part-time student yes, as a full-time, no. If you wanted to go to college full-time, you would have to switch your status to F1.
