How can I keep cookies very fresh and soft for like 5 hours?

im taking cookies to my class but I have to work first and by the time I get to class I dont want them to be hard etc.

Put them in a sealed container so they don't dry out. If you really want to make sure they stay moist, put a slice of bread in with them. Not completely sure why this works, but it does.

Place a slice of fresh bread in with your cookies.The moisture from the fresh bread will migrate to your cookies

store your cookies in a tightly sealed container.....something like tupperware or rubbermaid. a plastic container will be perfect for travel.
