Each person will give an account of their deeds before Jesus Christ someday. Twisting the Bible is nothing new--the Apostle Peter stated even in his day that people were taking Paul's writings and twisting them--just a few years or so after these were written!
It's a shame that other people didn't have the courage to stand up and say something was wrong. However people use the Bible, if it isn't consistent with the message of Jesus Christ and the Apostles, anything else is wrong.

Just because a group pulls scripture to support their views and hatred do NOT make them Christian. Even the devil used scripture! These groups are NOT Christian. Unfortunately, the uninformed think that ALL Christians believe this way...simply not true.

groups like the kkkhad to have something to convince them that god thought it was ok to be racist. so they twisted the Bible to thier wills so they could feel justified.
