Yes, but it will be a 'manual' lens.

Yes you can, a k fit lens usually fits any pentax as long as it's 50mil baonet fitting

Yes, but you will not have AF. A K mount Macro lens is an affordable way to do close up work with a K100D.

Every K-mount lens made since 1975 will mount to your K100D. They will be manual focus but at least they will be stabilized by the Image Stabilization in the camera body.
