I don't necessarily mean strenous... even just walking 45 minutes a day... but any information is helpful. Thanks!

Walking, you can do as soon as you feel up to it. I had a c-section and was taking short walks in about 10 days. By 1 month, I was up to about 40 minutes. Just let how you feel be your guide.

Usually 6 weeks, you need your body to heal back. If you feel dizzy or weak stop immediately and drink lots of water before and after you exercise.

I waited until after my 6 week checkup to make sure everything was back to normal and the stitches that I had were disolved.
