I am trying to make our own Christmas cards. The only problem is I have one picture with all of us and DH not smiling and one pic of just him smiling. I want to remove him from the first picture and replace it with the second picture of him. I have no idea how to do this and have no photo software. How do I do this and how do I do it for free????

Maybe there's a free trial on Photoshop or one of their competitiors products? I put hair on grandpa's head and took 40 pounds off of grandma a few years ago for their Christmas card. It's not too hard, but you're gonna need some tools.
Alternate sollution: Use the original picture only. Draw a bag of coal and put it in DH's hand.

Unfortunately, an edit like that would take some know-how in the software. There's not an easy way to do this and have it look good. Yes, you could use paint or something like that but I guarantee you won't like the results.
If you did have Adobe Photoshop, there is a pretty easy way to do this but that's definitely not free.

Ok so if you download the free paintshop pro its a free trial just scan it for virus >right click and choose scan with your virus scanner if you have one I hope then double click the program to install it it takes a few minutes and open it up look along the left is all the tools but open a pictures up you wanna work with then find the tool that looks like a rope in a circle and trace outside the face
