It could be a LOT of things...
One time I took too hot of a shower on a cold day and just getting out of the tub made me pass out!
I remember getting half way to my bathroom door when all the lights went out and I heard something hitting the floor... Turns out that sound was ME hitting the floor.
If your body had to deal with still recovering from being sick, temperature change, not-so-good Olive Garden Food, Alcohol, Christmas Stress, Over Exertion from running around doing shopping...
You might just have overloaded your body!
But to be on the safe side, if you don't feel better by Tuesday Morning then you REALLY - REALLY - REALLY should go see a doctor...
If I were you I would spend the rest of the day in bed only getting out to go make more herbal tea (Non-Herbal has Cafffeine) and to eat small snacks made of eaisly digestable stuff like cheese and crackers, oatmeal, or cream of wheat. (AKA Malt-o-meal or ferina)
Try to kick back and sleep as much as your body lets you.
Make today your "infant" day where you just lay back and gurggle happily like a baby until you feel better!
But I'll say it again... if you don't feel better by Tuesday Morning then you REALLY - REALLY - REALLY should go see a doctor...
My thoughts are with you!!!

Sweety, you mention that 911 people did check your blood pressure and sugar presence, ok, but what about temperature? You might have had a sudden rising of temperature due to the fact that the cold you had the previous week was not completely gone yet, you might have got more cold and be in a restaurant with a lot of crowd, noise and Co2 (human breathing) and the sangria might have been very alcoholic....all these circumstances might have caused your problem, so if now if you feel better i would wait some additional days before getting back to 100% normal life.

I think it was everything, but may be something else. when i wake up in the morning, jump out of bed and stretch my blood pressure drops and i faint, ( i usually hit my head on my desk and wake up from that, but you must of hit your head pretty bad that you were nocked on concious, and someone woke you up. why you felt horrible the next day was probible a bruise or your sore from that. if you had 2 drinks it really wouldn't affect you unless you were very very small, or under age. be carefull.

Get yourself to a Dr and fast. I am not kidding. This is not a question for a chat line and it could be a lot more serious than you think. I don't want to scare you but you need a CBC and complete physical.

Why are you drinking Sangria with lasagna? That would make ANYONE pass out. You're supposed to drink Chianti.

You may have been on the verge of having the flu when something you ate accelerated and exacerbated the problem. Get well soon.
