Like how she seems genuinely kind and caring to people around her even if they've never directly spoken to her? What attracts a nice guy when he's never spoken to her?

I know several girls and am attracted to them just cuz they are very nice girls no matter what they look like. I'm a really nice guy so it works for me. There's not alot of nice people nowadays so they are hard to find.

That is most definitely a quality that I look for. It can make up for not being extremely physically attracted to a girl if she is very nice, and just really fun to be around.
