Why do cats love milk and not water much.When i get milk they go fast and dip their tounges in lol.So why do you they love milk much?And barely water?

Most pets are lactose intolerant and should not be given milk, even though they appear to love it so much. If you have trouble getting your cat to drink water, try buy one of those fountains. This helped my cats who loved drinking but only from the sink. Water is VERY important for cats.

I think it depends on the cat. Most cats I've had just drink water. One of my cats LOVED milk, and we'd give it to him as a treat every so often. Some cats are lactose intolerant and will not have a good reaction to milk, so be careful!

Most cats like milk. But most veterinarians say you shouldn't give cats milk unless you know they are not lactose intolerant. Also, to cats milk is like a treat compared to boring old everyday water.
