The only evidence based relaxation method for anxiety disorder is progressive muscle relaxation by Jacobsen. However, yoga and many other relaxation techniques can work as well.

I recommend you to see a psychologist/psychiatrist. They are doing a great job with anxiety disorders. That's the good thing about anxiety disorders - you can usually achieve brilliant results.

I don't have any recommendations but, I do know that there are many medical experts working on anxiety. I'm treated with medication for anxiety with panic attacks. And they are hell... so I know what you're feeling. But, please get some more help its out there. I take a drug call Paxil for anxiety and Xanax in case of a panic attack. I would go crazy without my meds.
