i just got a new pocket knife ,dropped it and now there is dirt in the hinge of the knife so how do i get it out

Use wd-40 with the straw attachment and spray it out. Shake out the knife and wipe it with paper towel....


It will break the dirt down and lube up the hinge.....

High pressure air works, but the best way is to take all your knives next time you go to the carwash and spray them out while you are there.

I'm guessing compressed water might help, with its stainless steel.

run water through it. Then dry it off well.
