i am the secretary of my venturing crew. Venturing is kinda like boy scouts i have to find either a excel spreedsheet or a program to track meeting attendance

just create a spreadsheet yourself in excel list on one side the names of attendees list on the other side the dates of meeting. x in the box if they miss. don't enter/ leave it blank if they are present. you can have a code besides x if you like to enter reason x(1) , x(2) , x(3) , x might indicate the abscene and 1 reason .. 1 might be equal to sick , 2 might be vacation , 3 might be ? you figure out what you need to know and add you can refine in and make it work for you
