Sometimes I feel this way and I don't like it. What can I do to make this feeling go away?

It is a form of social anxiety- I have been treated for SA myself. I am off meds now, but I still get that little feeling that when I talk, the people I talk to think, god what is her problem? Why is she asking me that, etc. The only thing I can say is practice. Practice just walking up to people and saying hello, how was your weekend, etc. It helps me with people who intimidate me (I work in a hospital, so doctors, and more outgoing people tend to weird me out). I wish I could say that it gets better, but sometimes with certain people, it doesn't. I wish I could shake the feeling that I am a giant weirdo when I talk, but you have to try shrug it off and try to not care. Or else it will take you over. Good luck.

I think you should socialize more. The more you get used to talking to people the easier it will become for you. I have that same problem.
