U can't unless you starve yourself and live off fluids but its not recommended.

If you lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks you will die.

The ONLY way to drop that much weight is to not eat ANYTHING. If you do that, you will create so many health issues that if by some miracle you survive, you will wish you were dead.

5-10 pounds a month is on the verge of being unhealthy but can be done if you maintain a healthy diet.

Unless you had a terminal illness or due to give birth to one big, big, big baby yhen i think thats eye on impossible. I think that there is no healthy way to lose weight safely other than to eat healthy include lots of fruit and veg and exersize. If you dont like to exersize then walk up stairs instead of using lifts, get off the bus a stop early. You can even get fit watching the tv by doing thigh firming. just lift one leg a time to the level of whatever seat your on and keep it straight for as long as poss and do the same with your arms holding tins of beans or something similar

I think the best way for you to lose that much weight or close is not just doing one thing you may need to change what you eat. I am not saying diet because not all diets work the same for people, since there are some food items your body will allow to just cut the fat away for some it is salads, but for Jared the person in Subway commercials he ate their sandwiches and did lot of walking. Speaking of walking it is fun to do and it will not tired you out and very healthy. I believe you can do it please contact me if I helped any.

you cant lose 40lbs in 2 weeks its very unhealthy. plus i think the only way you can do that is if you cut off a few limbs.

There is a lot you can do over time to combat obesity. The best thing you can do is to apply our scientific knowledge of Darwinian evolution. That means you should practice a lifestyle similar to that of our evolutionary ancestors who lived many thousands of years ago in Africa. Our primate ancestors (and our close relatives like bonobos, chimpanzees and gorillas) were hunters and gatherers who ate fresh foods. They often had to be very physically active in order to get food, and they also had to be active to avoid being caught and eaten by other animals. So, eat lots of fresh foods (especially fruit) and be very physically active.

I'm no expert but...
Unless you weigh like 4-500 pounds or so that almost impossible, losing weight takes a lot of patience.

Eat right, most people think eating less is healthy but you should consume around 1800 calories, if you don't eat right you don't have calories to burn. And most importantly EXERCISE.

liposuction and the results would be in about 30minutes


otherwise the only other way to lose and insane amount in two weeks would prob to amputate a limb or take loads of e's and coke everyday for the next too weeks constantly dancing and shaking about with no sleep and no food...
but i wouldn't recomend any of those. get a more realistic goal to set yourself, 10lbs would be a realistic amount

no way that will happen. even if you starve yourself for 2 weeks you arent going to lose 40lb unless you weigh like 500lb

You can't. Even if you ate nothing at all for 2 weeks, and spent hours in the gym, you still couldn't lose that much so quickly. If you were to try it, you would be seriously ill.

first of all impossible.
Second of all be happy with you body and if you were eating healthy in the beginning and exercise you wouldnt be asking this question.

and you know that even if you do loose it ( which you wont cause it is IMPOSSIBLE unless you die or have surgery- and you can die from surgery)your going to gain it all back because your body isnt used to it.
