At two years old, she has gotten past the age when there are allergen restrictions ( If she hasn't started peanuts, I would hold off a little longer) so that's a relief! The best thing you can give her is a wide variety of fruits, veggies, meats ( that you want her to have) and she does need a certain amount carbohydates etc. Give her lots of foods that require using a fork and spoon because this will help her fine and gross motor skills. Encourage her to use them even when she is frustrated. She should still be getting milk, although you can give her 2% at this point. Be careful not to give too much milk because she can get full on milk and won't want to eat anything if she has had too much. But variety is best. Remember you are establishing her foundation of how she will eat for the rest of her life. She may reject certain foods at first, offer them again and if there is something oyu know she doesn't like, respect that, too.
Good luck! Good question, it's awesome that you care so much and are so involved with your boyfriends child. You are making a good impact in her life!

i would say you can give the toddler anything you guys eat but very small portions and cut up very small if the baby doesnt mind you can also use a chopper or a blender my kids are 15 and 11 so i really dont remember the age that they didnt like mushy food also you can try tuna fish chicken saled on soft bread or saltines other foods you can try are pretzels wtihout salf , they have some kinda pretzel with multi grain or fiber.you can try cheese snacks use 2% or even soy milk lots of water in a sippy cup no bottle flovored water if she dont like water, definately oatmeal brown sugar is a bit hit, eggwhites on toast for beakfast and turkey and chicken roll cold cuts rolled up lots of time its how the food is presented that will determine whether or not it his child will eat it also you can try oatmeal cookies and muffins fast foods you can do kfc at least they offer some veggies but more important dont have they baby eat only what you eat, introduce all foods (healthy) im speaking from experience im a bad eater and thanks to my husband my kids tried almost everything and eat food from seafood to chef boy rd..good luck!

You can just offer her whatever the rest of the family is eating for meals. She'll still need snacks in between. Good choices are fruit, carrot sticks (or any veggies she likes), whole-grain bread with peanut butter or cream cheese, whole grain crackers, cheese, yogurt, cereal bars, smoothies, etc.
