I always do this to girls. It's a very respectful way to show a girl you care about her but in a physical way. Perhaps it's not the time and place for the real thing but hugs are weird so he kisses you on the forehead. Feel me? That's his thing. He's got you wondering what it was about. Good move I would say.

This sounds a very fatherly thing to do so I'd guess the guy was much older. Either that or you have a very beautiful forehead! Kissing a forehead is a very romantic thing to do if followed by eyelid, nose, cheek, neck then lip kisses. But, I guess you wouldn't go that far in a bar or pub.

That i like her, or if she went to kiss me on the lips and i moved n kissed her on the forehead means i wanna just be friends, but a kiss is a sign of affection so..

To me it means that you like them, but don't want to just kiss them on the lips. Because you don't know them well enough to gauge their reactions, anyway I would always ask her permission before a kiss on the lips . As this is an intimate thing to do. Sorry if I sound like a gentleman but it is my way of thinking.

I remember when I first met my boyfriend, he walked me to my car & we got in after an hour of chat, he leaned over & rested his head on my seat, I then kissed him on the nose....
