Don't worry too much. You might push him away if you press him about it a lot. He wants your trust and if he was honest enough to tell you that he once thought about her in a sexual way, it's a good sign that he doesn't feel like that anymore. He would've most likely tried to hide it if he still wanted her like that. You just have to trust him. And maybe when she's around, show extra affection towards him.

By the time you get out of grade school, you should be over this kind of thing. Who cares who he thought about having sex with 10 years ago??? So she hits on him, big deal. Sounds like you are confusing "being in love" with wanting to own him. He is with you, why are you being so insecure? Leave it alone, either they will have sex or not, nothing you can do about it and it doesn't have anything to do with you anyway. Why did you ask such a question anyway???? So what if he thought about it? He hasn't done it and he probably won't. Let her hit on him - and just laugh (inside) at her. Just walk away when she does it, like you haven't got a care in the world about her and her behaviour. Walk away and make a call to a friend and talk about how fantastic you are feeling right now and how well life is going for you, anything but react to her. She doesn't exist! You see, part of her is getting a big feed out of trying to make you feel insecure. Don't feed the dragon! Be the bigger, better woman, who is secure and happy with him, regardless of her throwing herself at him. That will make you look even more attractive to him and completely confuse her. no answer he gives you will make you happy.
He's interested in YOU, he's known her for 10 years and he's with YOU.
Ask yourself why in all this time they've known each other and he's fantasized about her, that they've never gotten together? I bet it's because she's not interested in him and she's only flirting now because she CAN'T have him now. Readjust your thinking so that you feel sorry for the sad little thing that she is.
