Yes. Just don't be boastful or puffed up or full of pride.
But you can feel loved and good inside.

Just a question before I answer your question. Why do you care only about a christian opinion?
Of course it is okay to feel good about yourself. Just because you're christian dosen't mean you have to be morose and depressed all the time. In fact that any religion that states that you can't be happy is quite questionable.
Why do you feel that it is questionable to be happy about yourself? Did you do something good or bad? Did you learn something new about you?
I personally feel it is YOUR answer that is more important than any other here.

Depends, are you feeling good about yourself having created the world, or feeling good about yourself because you've had a productive day and got a lot of work done?
In other words, if you take credit for what you did not do, you too can wind up wandering in the desert for 40 years lol.
But we should all feel good about ourselves, or else change that which is wrong (if possible).

Yes, Jesus said that you should love your neighbor as your self. You just have to walk in the truth about your self and give credit to God for everything that is good about you.
Romans 12:3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.
1 Corinthians 4:7 For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?

Of course it is.
Jesus never intended for us to hate ourselves, as we see here:
Matthew 22:39 (New International Version)

39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'
Just don't let that turn into pride, or else you risk this:
Proverbs 16:18 (New International Version)
New International Version (NIV)
Copyright © 1973, 1978, 1984 by International Bible Society
18 Pride goes before destruction,
a haughty spirit before a fall.
Remeber, EVERYTHING that you do should be to God's glory-not yours.

if you are indeed a fellow Christian, you are forgiven and covered by His blood, you are a joint heir to the Kingdom, and you have a Father that can get you through no matter what.....of course you can feel good...if you have committed a terrible sin, talk it over with God and let Him comfort you.

Certainly! You don't want to fall into the pit of being TOO prideful; however it's no sin to be proud and feel good about yourself. So don't feel guilty about it. Enjoy your life with God in it.

Well isn't this another great question? You have not only excluded everyone that is not Christian from answering, you have implied that the rest of us don't have enough moral values to express our opinions.

Yes it is, just be careful to recognize that all the good in you comes from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then glorify Him in everything.
