I was friends with a co-worker, so I knew it was OK to tell her in a subile hinting way about the dream. She was shocked that I told her and possibly shocked that I dreamed of her. I know she was very flattered. We were in our 40's. When she realised what I dreamed, she screamed "OH MY GOD!!!"
I did not directly spell out the details so as not to be too forward or get myself in trouble at work. Problaby not a good idea to tell things like this to a person that is married that you dreamed of sex with them.

It depends on how close you were before the dream. If you flirt a lot or spend a lot of time together I may tell her. She should be flattered, I would be. It may change your relationship going forward. Just know that if she is offended she may report you to management.

I mean, you had a dream...there really can't be people that lame on this planet who would react so negatively to a dream. Now if you tell her the dream and put your hand on her knee and look into her eyes...that's different. Walking up to a chick and saying...I had a dream about you last night I just wanted to make you feel as akward as I do today or something like that, who gives a hoot.

Only if you are really trying to hit on them and using it in a subtle attempt to solicit sex with them. "OH MY GOD" does not sound like she was flattered, more like she could not believe you would say something like that. Get over it, she is apparently not ready for an adulterous affair with you, no matter how wonderful you seem to think you are. What a pathetic way to ask a woman for sex. Shame on you.
