Let's say a baby was born with no problems, no learning difficulties. Then a baby fell from the bed and hit her head on the ground a few times. Then when she turned 1, she fell from the stroller and hit her head on the ground. And her mother never took her to a doctor after these accidents.

So could these accidents cause her to have learning difficulties?

I'm not sure if my learning difficulties come from these accidents or was I born with them. According to my dad, I fell from the bed and hit my head on the ground a few times and he found me 'asleep' (maybe I was knocked out) on the ground.

My mom did neglect me because she 'too tired' to take care of me.

Not unless the injury was severe. Sounds more like lack of concentration. All babies fall.

No, there would have been signs of severe head injury (ie, uneven pupil dilation, bleeding on the brain, unconsciousness, or lethargy), babies fall and bump their heads constantly, causing bruises and a good cry.

Its a normal part of their development. It would have to be SEVERE head trauma in order to have a long term effect like learning problems.

If the baby has some brain damage, by all means.
