Ok...so last night I went to a dance and i met this kid...he is really cute and i danced with him for basically the whole night...finally the night came to an end and i gave him a hug and then he gave me a kisss...and i let him...is it too soon or no?

There's no set, predetermined amount of time that two people are supposed to wait after meeting each other before they initiate their first kiss. It could be the first day, first week, or even longer. The only problem that I can see in this case is whether or not he is truly genuine with his actions. Although the fact that he spent essentially the entire night with you would suggest to me that he is. Allow time to pass, develop a better relationship with him and continue to see whether or not you like him enough to kiss him again.

Well, since you did, I've got to say "no". (No sense ruining a perfect moment by perpetually second-guessing it, right?) Not really. Sometimes kissing / hugging someone is just a way of acceptance for being nice or being wonderful person to him!
