Just be sure to wash your hair every other day. Chances are your skin is oily too. Be happy about that. You won't have the dry skin problems in your later years that many people do. Therefore, you will have less wrinkles and look younger. See, there is a silver lining in your situation. Oily hair is not necessarily a "Bad" thing, and completely normal BTW. Dont wash it everyday...that actually damages the hair....every other day is o.k. I am lucky my hair would take a week or more to start getting oily. My hair is dry. It is normal for your hair to get oily in 3 days, I would say that is average.
So there you have it you are average in every way. JK Im sure your quite lovely. Wash your hair every other or even let it go 2 days if you can tolerate it. The natural oils are good for you hair. Wash your pillow cases a couple times a week also that helps keep the oil and acne away.

i was a hairdresser many years ago but im always at the salon and yes my opinion it is very normal for your hair to get oily after 3 days. your hair is probably pretty healthy. the more damaged it is the longer you can go without washing it and it dont seem that bad. you can also try baby powder in your hair just a little , no ghost hair lol but that will absorb the oil or you can also wash it . i started using paul mitchell shampoo..tee tree or something like that it works really good and is suppose to help your hair grow..its like vicks but for your hair salon shampoos do work better but when you cant there is also loreal and pantene and always switch up!!

Don't worry, this is perfectly normal! Most people have to wash their hair every day, so ever two days won't hurt you, right? If you start washoing your hair every two or three days, you might see an imporvement. This may also start to dry your hair out, or damage it, so keep the "strong" shampoos to a minimum. Your hair is ABSOLUTELY normal!!!!!

Yeah. My hair starts looking stringy on about the second morning (so, if I wash my hair Sunday morning, it looks greasy when I wake up on Tuesday). Just make sure you wash it and you're fine. You should be washing your hair at least twice a week.

my hair gets oily sometimes on the second, sometimes third. I wash it everyday during the week, and i let it go two on the weekend if i'm not doing anything.

I have hair to the bend in my leg and I have to wash it every night year round or it looks string and greasy the next morning.

I prefer Pantene.

The most I can go is every other day washing my hair.

well it depends on the hair. if you have thin hair then that is normal b/c there is less hair. If it is thick then mabye you should wash it more often. like every other day.
