You mean on PS3? There must be. Just plug in your PS3 into internet, register on PSN and you'll be able to use PS Store.

If you goto www.emuparadise.org. You ca download ePSXe the playstation emulator. That will allow you to play playstation games on your PC. It also has the ROM files so you can play games, but only if you have the original games.
