I HAD golfers elbow and never played Golf. Had it i injected five six times but failed to cure the problem. However, for another reason I went to Pilate's, once a week, one hour and guess what, CURED!

I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection. I have been using this tennis elbow secrets program now for 5 days and my elbow feels much better. I can really feel my arm getting stronger as each day passes.

I bought a small tens machine to help me manage a sore back but I didn't find it did any good. I think maybe it depends on the severity of the pain or maybe its just mind over matter. You could always give it a try and maybe it will work for you. I hope your elbow gets better soon.

It might help the pain, but won't actually treat the problem. This usually settles with physio. Were you shown any exercises when this first started? If so, you could restart them and see if that helps, perhaps using TENS to relieve the pain, which usually gets a little worse when you start the exercises.

TENS unit isnt typically used for elbows...tennis elbow and the like are caused by useage or over useage..so I would do what got it better last time

Wow! Technology can be a boon and a BANE too at times!!! Keep that computer away from ma wife plzzzzzzz... If she gives my samples, it cud even predict my death!

Firstly try to avoid the strain that brings on the pain. I found that this, time and I think "anti-inflammatory" cream helped.
