Keep the heat down by 25-30 degree's so the outside doesn't cook faster and you don't get that burned taste. Also make sure you grease or butter the pan well. I like to put some sugar on the cookie while it's cooking also so it can dissolve into the dough.

yes, but you'l roll the dough out onto a pizza pan to bake instead of the usual cookie sheet method and sometimes it bakes a little faster this way so keep a close eye on the time!

Yes it will be the same But since its for a cell thingy think about putting candy coated M&M in it to represent different things or even try jelly gum drops they work good too. I have helped my kids with things and even squirt chocalate syrup to help ya out. Don't forget food coloring can help you also. Good luck and enjoy
