Does your camera not support some type of memory card, such as SD cards, or something similar? If so, I'd advise investing in a card reader that can be plugged into one of your computer's USB ports. That way, you can simply remove the data storage card from the camera, stick the card in the reader, and plug into the computer. Sure saves battery power on the camera, and it's a lot more convenient.

Take the memory card out of the camera and use a memory card reader to view the photos. A memory card reader is only about $20, and it plugs directly into your USB port.

Hard to say why your camera won't work. Some cameras require you to be in a special USB transfer mode. Some cameras require more power than the USB port can deliver. That's why using a card reader is better.

1st reload the software for your camera ( make sure it is the correct software )

2nd check the manual to see if you are doing it correctly

3rd if the first 2 fail take the camera to the place where you bought it or go on line to the manufacturers web site.

If none of this works I suggest a new camera ( I have had very good luck with Olympus.)

If you still have the instructions that came with your camera try reading them again if you did not the first time. I have a digital camera and I can get my pictures in several ways, thru the camera's own program or thru windows media player so try reading the instructions again maybe you missed a step.

your camra might not be compadable with your computer. or the coputer and or camra have something wrong with them. if your camra has a memory card in it you can take them to wallmart and they will print them for you. if not take the camra to a computer repair shop and see if they can print them for you.
