I've been with a screamer before and it was great. Well up until the part where the police busted in on us. Thin walls in a NYC apartment are not your friends.

Screamers are fun but not when someone else is in the house...i can certainly work out where the saying 'put a sock in it' came from!

Depends. If we are all alone then scream your head off! If parents or roommates are in the next room then that's just tacky.
In general any sort of confirmation that we are doing the right thing (screaming, moaning, oh god oh god) is welcomed with most men!
