Akshaya is a combination of (A + Kshaya)..
Kshaya means loss or death or destruction....and adding A in front of it reverses the meaning (or antonymises it) it becomes
Akshaya which will then mean ---something which cannot be killed, lost or destructed...or something which will remain for ever...it is a sanskrit word..

In sanskrit, kshaya means erasing or ending. Akshaya is the opposite, unenidng or unerasing. Krisha gave Draupadi an Akshaya vessel so that she can serve food to people unending. In villages, for TB, we call as Kshaya rog means that will be the end of the patient's life.

A + Kshaya + Un + Decaying : Undecaying. Usually used in spiritual parlance and in Indian Upanishadic tradition only God / Brahman is undecaying all else is decaying. Akshara is also similar in meaning and refers only to God

I do not think it has any thing to do with the mental health. Are you sure the answer is here in this room or by mistake entered into a wrong place ? But I would like to know the correct answer of this word in relation to mental health if any.
