Basically nothing. You just waste the medicine and get the bad effects of it without any benefit.

Nothing much actually - I had asthma for many years although not now - the inhalers don't give you the big energy rush that you imagine - nothing like that at all. Probably your heart might palpitate in a very uncomfortable way and you would regret taking it. Inhalers are just designed either as a preventative or as a reliever of symptoms, they are not a pick-me-up.

albuterol dramatically increases both your heartbeat and your blood pressure. This can cause damage to your heart and if you have any problems in your vessels like clots or plaque it can cause those to break loose and go to your heart, brain, or lungs. Any of the three can be deadly. If there is a weakness in the walls of your vessels it can cause the vessel to rupture, causing a heart attack or stroke. It can kill you. It doesn't matter if you are young or old. I doesn't matter how fit you think you are.
There are also neurological damages that taking abuterol with needing it does. It hyperexcited your brain, this causes your brain to seek this hyperexcited state, this leads to addiction and permanantly alters the chemicals in your brain.
