i don't think you can get a work visa just to be a sales lady. lots of people already qualify for this type of job... and there are already living in the country. no company will sponsor and spend so much on a visa just for a sales lady position.
not unless you already have a permit to work in a specific country will they hire you.
since i'm filipina as well... i know that when this person mentioned sales lady... it would mean retail sales associate... not marketing or sales.
