Watercress is a nutritious and, in my opinion, delicious food. If I were putting it in a juice I would add carrots or pineapple as well as apples, using a juicer, not a liquidiser.
BUT it is NOT a cancer treatment; while a healthy diet is always important, no food has been proven to be effective against cancer.
I have had cancer and I agree wholeheartedly with Ozgirl; having cancer is bad enough without someone, however caring and well-meaning, pressing on you an unproven remedy which you do not like or want.
I got cancer despite being a vegan who ate and juiced organic fruit and veg in vast quantities.

There has beeen some research done on this, but I can't find where it specifed in what form it was used or given.
It's a big enough problem, having cancer, without having to ingest unpleasant 'potions', which may or may not have any effect. It's really more important that the sufferer has a nutritious diet even if it's only in small amounts. This will have a much more positive effect than trying to swallow something that they find loathesome. You know the old saying, "A little of what you fancy.........."?
I realize that you are trying to enhance the treatment of the cancer, but TLC (tender loving care) and tasty food & drink is so much nicer, and will reduce friction between you and the one you love.

Hmm it certainly has been proven to help prevent damage to white blood cells. I have no idea how you could get it sweeter though - its one of those things that has a taste of its own, if you know what I mean. It certainly works better as a savoury thing.
