I have not coloured, permed used any heat products, i dont brush my hair (My hair is never knotty so no need) and i only use natural products...
and if your guessing them yes my hair is beuatiful and soft and shiny and not frizzy.

I had my haired permed at age four by my mom! It was too hard to keep up with, so she straighten it again. Now I simply use things like the Avacado and Egg treatments to make it beautiful.

i've never heard of anyone that hasn't brushed their hair atleast once in their life.
I usually blow dry my hair after showers (which i hear can damage and dry out hair) so it doesn't dry funny while i sleep so i guess my hair isn't virgin D:

I brush mine, but otherwise yes...well, now that I think of it I use heat things occasionally.
