I would hate it..mainly the shy part...its cute at first but then it becomes a nuisance because its seems as if the person isnt interested or just scared all the time..thats not a good characteristic in the long run..get out there and introduce yourself..get out of your shell and show some confidence...women are more attracted to a confident man than handsome man!!

It depends. Are you shy, like doesn't talk to anyone, or shy, like talks when talked to? "Girls" don't mind shy as long as it doesn't mean cold. "Handsome" is up to any one's interpretation. You might or might not be handsome in some folks' eyes. Work on your personality.

A handsome guy should not be overly shy! He's handsome what's his problem? Does he have bad breath? Is he stupid he can't make a conversation? I hate shy people! So full of insecurities!

Shy is one thing, but totally introverted is something else.
I like a guy who isn't boisterous and can be serious and attentive. I find that very attractive. However, I also like someone who's at ease socially and knows how to hold up his end of a conversation.

I know a very cute guy who is cute but is shy. Shyness makes someone look serious and most girls are not attracted to shy guys. No fun in a relationship. You may not be serious but the shyness makes it look like it. I understand perfectly. i'm shy too (at school) and i asked my friends (not my bff friends- my bffs think i'm cool and funny and caring) what they thouht of me and they said that i was serious. I was absolutely stunned..meserious..no way. Try cracking up jokes...it's uncomfortable.

it is a mixed bag being shy is a come on for some others find it hard to talk but if your a shy guy but good looking try to be a bit more outgoing

I think it's adorable to an extent. Just don't be too shy to ask a girl out, that's really discouraging to a girl that's into you. Trust me, I know.

cute but depends how shy.
if hes shy to the point where he is pretty much anti social then its no good
but if hes one where you have to just get past his first few shells then its okay =]
