NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Rexall (sold at Wal Mart and Walgreen's) has a combo of fish oil, flax and Borage in capsule form which will do wonders for your skin in three to six months. Strange as it may seem the external oil problem that seems to go with acne can be a problem of poor internal oil balance. You are no doubt familiar with the advice to cut out fried foods, dairy, etc.
There is research showing effective Acne treatment with high amounts of vitamins A and Zinc for many and B6 or B12 or Folic Acid (B9) for others.
In other words consider a big increase in your consumption of foods with Vitamin A and look into a supplement of the B complex vitamins; which most in America are lacking. Add the oils mentioned above, keep the best external treatment you find. Without fail drink the proper amount of water.
Lots of A in Pumpkin and Chicken Livers and for Folic
Acid goats milk is my choice if you miss the dairy.

Nope, you shouldn't use anything that is trying to immitate a brand... especially when it comes to our face and skin because our skin is very sensitive.
I don't think that will work.
You might as well try Proactiv Solution... it might be pricey but hey... it's worth a try.
I've used it before and i've noticed a difference.
My face didn't COMPLETELY clear up but it sure made it a lot smoother and clearer.
Drinking lots and lots of water will help you clear out your skin too. Water is really good for you! So drink up!!

Hi, I have used.
*Clearasil
*Proactive
*Clean and Clear
*and many other brands of many other things that don't work.
Proactive doesn't work for me. It may for you. What I do is weird, but it works. :)
My No-Acne Face recipe:
Ingredients: a bar of Dial soup
face moisturizer/cleanser made with rice
Clearasil (blue bottle that is said to clear your face within three days)
mint j. mask (green mask stuff)
Duac (good prescription acne medication!)
Kiss My Face <-- moisturizer without oil (can be found at health stores)
Step one: Wash face a few times with Dial soup, especially if you wear much make-up.
Step two: Wash face with rice cleanser.
Step three: Wash face with Clearasil. You will achieve a nice cool feel to your face.
Step four: Apply mint mask all over face for about 20 minutes. Then, remove.
Step five: Apply Duac to face. Focus on oily spots, so as not to make your face dry.
Really bad zit?
After all steps, apply mint mask to problem area and let sit overnight.
Face as dry as the desert?
Apply a light coating of Kiss My Face moisturizer to..well..your face. :) Let sit for a bit.
Caution: Be careful about applying mask after Duac. It could sting if you put toooo much!
Clear face?
Good, now apply less Duac, but follow all other steps. You might even want to skip Duac for a few days.
Oily face?
mint Julieppe masks!!! Do atleast once a day all over face, and leave on overnight.
NEVER EVER!!: Apply too much Duac. A pea size is all you need.
It works for me!!!!!!!!!!! :D Trust me.
ABOVE: All directions are intended for nighttime use only. However, only wash your face with DIAL in the morning. Avoid scented soaps. Duac may leave a slight residue on your face, but it will go away after washing.
I'm serious, I'll be more specific about what I use if you wish.
ALTERNATIVES: Those salicylic acid pads can help, but can also irritate your skin. Get Duac! :)

The most important I've learned is to look at the ingredients.
For example, products with salicylic acid works best for me. ProActive products does not work for me... in fact, it irritates my skin because it contains benzoyl peroxide. Knowing that, I buy products that has salicylic acid and NOT benzoyl peroxide. There are a lot of over the counter products that have these ingredients.
ProActive works for a lot of people, but I've discovered Murad products that works really well - has salicylic acid in most of their face products.
So to answer your question, it all really depends on your skin. Murad works best for me - you can try it. You can go their website and sign up for their free samples.
Overall though, most important you should do for your skin is to keep it moisturizured. It will help a lot with the acne.
I hope that helps you.
