I unknowingly raised my oldest children that way by raising them christian. They have multiple problems. My youngest daughter I raised Atheist and she has her "stuff" together. She is the most responsible, reasoning 16 year old I know. No problems like the others. I wish I could take back the way I raised the oldest ones. I feel I have ruined their lives. I don't know if I'll ever be able to repair the damage. I don't know if I can ever forgive myself for this injustice.

It's never a good idea to teach children to ignore the facts. To deal successfully with what life has to offer, a person needs to have a good head on their shoulder. Analytical reasoning, with a heart, enables a person to solve problems appropriately - or at least they're trying.
People who operate only on an emotional level tend to lead a more chaotic lifestyle; they can be drama queens (or kings). They're difficult. It's impossible to reason with them. They would have to be married to a saint.
As far as society goes, using good manners is never out of style. People respond favorably & a person gets further in life.
Subjective reasoning will always be with us based upon our experiences and knowledge. Some things are not subjective, e.g. answers to mathematical problems. There are also times when one should suppress their subjective reasoning, e.g. when a boss wants you to do something which to you doesn't make any sense. Talk reasonably & calmly but if that doesn't work, do what the boss wants, without complaint, or look for another job.
All in all, the job of a parent is to raise children to be independent but to be considerate of others in order to have a successful & full life.

Depends what it is you a trying to discover. If you are talking about find Jesus, the programs on the TV are up to date with what is happening to date. You can not get any one better than the teams that have been assigned to work out when Jesus will be returning. There is more evidence now that he has not returned and more evidence that he is descending to earth, than the notation that he is buried in Jerusalem and his bones sit in a grave.
Stay tuned

I say shop modeling the habit you go with them to show, and reward them whilst they do use manners. in the event that they're having hassle with a particular way consistent with danger asking them why and explaining to them why it is substantial. I labored in a daycare for 2 years, and that i think of youngsters respond to useful reinforcement quite than being instructed they're incorrect and punishment. between the a protracted time of two-5 the social skills of gaining wisdom of manners is maximum mandatory. For grade college and older Anti- Bullying courses which could help build character and conceit. finally it sounds extraordinary yet ingesting dinner jointly and implementing table manners. sturdy success
